TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE STOCKERO APPLICATION

Version: 1.4Effective from: 19 September 2026

This English text is a translation provided for your convenience. The binding version is the Czech original, Obchodní podmínky pro aplikaci Stockero, available at https://stockero.com/obchodni-podminky/. In the event of any discrepancy, the Czech version prevails.

1. Who provides the service

1.1. These terms and conditions (hereinafter the "Terms") govern the provision of the Stockero web application, available in particular at https://stockero.com and https://app.stockero.com (hereinafter the "Application").

1.2. The provider of the Application is:

FinBits s.r.o.
registered office at Jičínská 226/17, Žižkov, 130 00 Prague 3, Czech Republic
Company ID: 19630981
registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, Insert 388729
e-mail for customer support, complaints and withdrawal: support@stockero.com

(hereinafter the "Provider" or "we").

1.3. The user is a natural or legal person who enters into a contract with the Provider for the provision of the Application (hereinafter the "User" or "you"). A consumer is an individual who enters into the contract outside the scope of their business activity or independent exercise of a profession (hereinafter the "Consumer").

1.4. Where the User is an entrepreneur and orders the Application in connection with their business activity, the provisions of these Terms expressly designated as applying only to Consumers do not apply.

1.5. We offer the Application to Consumers and entrepreneurs in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. The mandatory rights of a Consumer under the law of their country of habitual residence remain unaffected in accordance with Article 21.1.

2. What Stockero is

2.1. Stockero is a web-based analytical and educational tool that processes data about financial markets and publicly traded companies, analyses it with the help of artificial intelligence systems and makes the resulting analyses available to Users to read. In the Application you can create lists of monitored shares (hereinafter "watchlists") and add stock symbols to them. By adding a symbol you ask the Application to start an analysis of the relevant publicly traded company, to monitor newly available information on an ongoing basis and to make related analyses available to you. You can save your own notes to individual analyses. We publish the current range of plans, the main features of the service, the scope and any limits of these features, and the prices at https://stockero.com. Further explanation may be contained in an informational webinar to which the order page expressly refers. For a particular contract, the binding documents are the order summary and the version of the plan description on the website, or of an expressly incorporated webinar, valid at the time of the order; we archive these together with the order. A later change to the offering, the website, the webinar or the price does not alter a contract already concluded. Other public statements, in particular advertising, are assessed to the extent laid down by law.

2.2. The Application is a digital service provided continuously for an agreed period. The rules for digital content services apply to it. Unless expressly stated otherwise, we do not provide you with a copy of the software to download or with any ownership right to the Application.

2.3. To use the Application you need an internet connection, a supported web browser, JavaScript enabled and a working e-mail address. We state the necessary technical requirements and known limitations on the website before you order. You bear the cost of your internet connection and your own device.

2.4. We use artificial intelligence systems as a tool when processing data about financial markets and publicly traded companies and when producing the analyses displayed in the Application. The symbol you add to a watchlist determines the company whose data the system is to analyse and monitor. The text of your notes is not a basis for producing analyses and we deliberately do not pass it to providers of external AI models. Analyses may be produced automatically and without prior human review, may be incomplete, inaccurate or out of date and may contain errors. Always verify important information from independent sources.

3. Investment warning

3.1. Stockero serves informational, study and educational purposes only. Through the Application we do not receive, transmit or execute orders to trade, we do not manage your investment assets, we do not hold your money or investment instruments and we do not assess whether a particular investment is suitable in view of your personal circumstances, knowledge, experience, financial situation, objectives or risk tolerance.

3.2. Neither the Application nor its automated outputs constitute an instruction or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any particular investment instrument. Adding a symbol to a watchlist, monitoring it on an ongoing basis or displaying an analysis does not express an opinion that you should buy, sell or hold that share. This is not an investment recommendation, investment advice, a personal recommendation prepared according to your circumstances, or a promise of return. Do not therefore use information from the Application as the sole basis for an investment decision.

3.3. Investing involves the risk of losing part or all of your investment. Past performance, historical data, estimates and model scenarios are not a guarantee of future results. You are responsible for your own investment decisions; before deciding, consider your own situation and, where appropriate, use the services of an authorised professional.

3.4. Information about financial markets and publicly traded companies may come from third parties and may be delayed, corrected or incomplete. To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant its suitability for real-time trading. This does not affect your statutory rights arising from defective performance.

4. User account

4.1. A natural person may order and use the Application only if they are over 18 years of age and have full legal capacity. A legal person acts through a person authorised to bind it.

4.2. When registering and ordering you provide complete and truthful information and keep it up to date. Sign-in may take place using a password, a one-time code or a supported sign-in provider, as indicated in the Application.

4.3. The account is personal and you must not share, transfer, rent out or make it available to another person unless your plan expressly allows multiple users. Protect your sign-in credentials and report any suspicion of misuse without delay to our contact e-mail address.

4.4. You are not liable for actions carried out from your account to the extent that they arose as a result of a security failure on our side or another circumstance for which we are responsible.

5. Conclusion of the contract

5.1. Before you submit your order, the order page will show you in particular the selected plan, its main features, the total price including taxes and charges, the duration, the terms of automatic renewal, how to terminate, and the Provider's details. You can check and correct the data you have entered before submitting.

5.2. By clicking the button labelled "Order with obligation to pay" or another equally unambiguous wording, you submit a binding order coupled with an obligation to pay.

5.3. The contract is concluded at the moment when, after your bank transfer has been credited or your card payment confirmed and after any further conditions of the plan have been met, we send acceptance of the order to the e-mail address you provided. A mere technical confirmation that we have received the order does not constitute acceptance where it is expressly designated as a technical confirmation.

5.4. After the contract is concluded we will send you, without undue delay and in text form, a confirmation of the contract, the wording of these Terms valid at the time of the order, information about the right of withdrawal and a model form. The confirmation will also state the selected plan, the price, the duration, the renewal terms and any request to begin providing the service before the fourteen-day period expires.

5.5. The contract may be concluded in Czech or Slovak, according to the language version selected in the order. The selected language version is decisive for that contract. We archive the contract for the period stated in the Privacy Policy and will resend its confirmation on request.

5.6. We may refuse an order on objective grounds, in particular where the information is manifestly incorrect, the plan is unavailable, payment is unsuccessful, the DK Investment Club membership condition is not met, or there is reasonable suspicion of fraud or misuse. In such a case we will return any payment already received without undue delay by the same means, unless agreed otherwise.

6. Price, payment and invoicing

6.1. We publish the current offering and prices at https://stockero.com. For a particular contract, the binding price and currency are those displayed on the order page immediately before the order is submitted and subsequently stated in the confirmation of the contract. This is the total price including all taxes and charges that we levy. As at the effective date of these Terms, FinBits s.r.o. is a VAT payer. If there are any further costs, we will tell you before you order; otherwise you are not obliged to pay them.

6.2. You can pay by bank transfer or by payment card through the payment service Stripe; we display the specific methods available for a given plan in the order. Full payment card details are processed by the relevant Stripe group companies according to the payment service used. We receive only the data needed to confirm and manage the payment, such as the payment status, the transaction identifier and any payment token. Details of the processing of personal data during payment are set out in the Stockero Privacy Policy and in Stripe's information at https://stripe.com/privacy.

6.3. We will issue your tax or accounting document electronically and send it by e-mail or make it available in your account. You agree to the electronic form of the document.

6.4. In the case of a bank transfer, the payment is made when it is credited to our account; you will receive the payment details and the due date in the order or in subsequent payment instructions. In the case of a card payment we rely on confirmation from the payment service Stripe. If the first payment is not credited or confirmed within the stated period, the order lapses and no contract comes into existence. We will return any payment received later without undue delay, or agree a new order with you. If an unsuccessful card payment relates to automatic renewal, Article 7.6 applies.

7. Annual subscription

7.1. The annual subscription provides access to the Application for 12 months from the activation stated in the confirmation of the contract.

7.2. Where you pay by card, the annual subscription renews automatically for a further 12 months until you cancel automatic renewal. By choosing a card for an automatically renewed subscription you authorise us to charge the price of subsequent periods to the stored payment method through Stripe in accordance with Article 7.5. Where you pay by bank transfer, the subscription does not renew automatically. At least 14 days before the end of the period we will automatically send you a payment request (a proforma invoice) for a further 12 months. A new period arises only after the price has been credited in time and we have confirmed it. Non-payment does not create a debt and access ends when the paid period expires.

7.3. You may cancel automatic renewal of a card payment free of charge by e-mail to support@stockero.com. Your request must reach us no later than 23:59 Prague time on the calendar day preceding the renewal date. We will confirm the cancellation by e-mail. You will retain access until the end of the period already paid for. Cancelling automatic renewal does not in itself give rise to a claim for a refund of the price for the current period; this does not affect your rights of withdrawal, complaint, price reduction or refund under the law and these Terms. In the case of a bank transfer, it is enough not to pay the payment request for the new period.

7.4. Where you pay by card, at least 14 days before automatic renewal we will send a reminder to your contact e-mail address stating the charge date, the price of the next period and how to cancel the renewal by e-mail. In the case of a bank transfer, the payment request under Article 7.2 will state the price, the payment details and the deadline by which the payment must be credited if access is to continue without interruption.

7.5. For as long as the same annual plan continues without interruption, you are guaranteed the price at which you first ordered that plan. The total price of each subsequent consecutive annual period will therefore not exceed that original price, even if the current price on the website is higher; we may, however, offer you a lower price. The guarantee applies both to card renewals and to timely payment of a payment request by bank transfer. After the subscription ends, in the event of late payment or when a different plan is ordered, the price of the new order applies unless we agree otherwise. We will handle statutory changes to the tax regime in such a way that the guaranteed total price is not affected, unless you expressly accept the change.

7.6. If the first attempt to charge a card payment on renewal fails, we will notify you by e-mail and may, during the following 7 days, make up to two further attempts to charge the same, previously notified price. During that seven-day period we may keep your access active. If one of the further attempts succeeds, the renewed period runs from the original renewal date. If even the last attempt is unsuccessful, the subscription will not renew, no debt for the new annual period will arise and your access will end. You may order a new subscription again. We will state the exact planned dates of the repeated attempts in the notification. This paragraph does not apply to bank transfers; Article 7.2 applies to those.

8. The plan for DK Investment Club members

8.1. This special plan is intended only for persons with an active membership in the DK Investment Club operated by TradeSmart Media s.r.o., Company ID 23293551, registered office at Zbraslavská 12/11, Malá Chuchle, 159 00 Prague 5, Czech Republic (hereinafter the "Club Operator").

8.2. For the first activation of the Application you pay a one-off activation fee stated in the order. The Provider does not charge you any recurring fee for the DK plan.

8.3. A condition for ordering the DK plan is active membership in the Club at the time of the order. The system verifies this condition automatically; you do not need to send us any confirmation or other proof of membership. We activate access without undue delay after payment is confirmed and the automated verification returns a positive result. For the purposes of verification we may obtain from, or pass to, the Club Operator only the data necessary to match you unambiguously and to verify your membership status. Details are set out in the Privacy Policy. If you believe the automated verification produced an incorrect result, write to us at support@stockero.com and a human will review it.

8.4. The Club membership contract is separate from the contract for the Application. The Provider is not responsible for the administration of the membership, its price or its termination, unless it is at the same time the operator of the Club. The Provider is responsible for the functioning of the Application and the correct application of the rules of this plan.

8.5. Access under the DK plan lasts for the duration of your active Club membership, but always for at least 12 months from the day the Application is activated (hereinafter the "minimum guaranteed period"). If your Club membership ends during the minimum guaranteed period, your access to Stockero continues until the end of that period. If your membership is still active after the minimum guaranteed period has elapsed, access continues without further payment for as long as the Club membership lasts.

8.6. If your Club membership is not active after the minimum guaranteed period has elapsed, the DK plan and your access will end. If you have not refused offers of our own similar services, we will e-mail you an offer of a standard annual subscription at the price applicable to a new order. You can also regain eligibility for the DK plan by renewing or newly purchasing Club membership. If the DK plan is still being offered at that time and the system verifies that the activation fee was paid previously, you will not pay a further activation fee for Stockero.

8.7. If your Club membership ends only after the minimum guaranteed period, the DK plan will end as soon as the automated system reliably records this fact. We will inform you by e-mail that your access has ended. If you believe the membership information is incorrect, write to us at support@stockero.com; a human will check the status and, if access was restricted in error, we will restore it without undue delay.

8.8. Termination of Club membership does not in itself give rise to a right to a refund of the activation fee. This does not affect your rights arising from defective performance, a Consumer's right to withdraw within 14 days under Article 11, or a claim where activation has not been carried out.

9. Promotional offer

9.1. The promotional offer is a time-limited offer published at https://stockero.com/objednat. It includes full access to the Application for the first 12 months from activation for the one-off price stated in that offer and bindingly in the order and the contract confirmation.

9.2. After the first 12 months, access continues as a monthly subscription of CZK 990 per month (the "preferential monthly price") unless you cancel the continuation under Article 9.5. The monthly subscription then renews for one month at a time. The continuation and its price are also stated in the order; the price stated in the contract confirmation prevails.

9.3. The preferential monthly price can only be paid by a payment card stored for recurring payments. If you order the promotional offer by bank transfer, we will ask you at least 14 days before the end of the first period to store a card. If you do not store one in time, no monthly subscription arises, no debt arises for you and access ends when the paid period expires; the entitlement to the preferential monthly price lapses.

9.4. At least 14 days before the end of the first twelve-month period we will send a reminder to your contact e-mail stating the date of the first charge, the amount of the preferential monthly price and how to cancel the continuation.

9.5. You can cancel the continuation and any monthly renewal free of charge by e-mail to support@stockero.com. We must receive your request no later than 23:59 Prague time on the calendar day preceding the renewal date. We will confirm the cancellation by e-mail and your access will remain until the end of the period already paid for. Cancellation alone does not give rise to a right to a refund for the current period; this is without prejudice to the rights to withdraw, to complain, to a discount or to a refund under the law and these Terms.

9.6. Guarantee of the preferential monthly price. For as long as the monthly subscription agreed under this Article continues uninterrupted, the preferential monthly price remains unchanged and we will not increase it, even if the current price of the Application on the website is higher; we may offer you a lower price. The guarantee lapses on termination of the subscription, whether by you or by us, and on ordering a different plan; a new order is subject to the price applicable at that time. We will handle statutory changes to the tax regime so that the guaranteed total price is not affected, unless you expressly accept the change.

9.7. If the first attempt to charge a monthly payment fails, we will proceed by analogy with Article 7.6; if the final attempt is unsuccessful either, the subscription will not renew, no debt arises for you for a new period and access ends.

9.8. In all other respects these Terms apply to the promotional offer by analogy, in particular Articles 6, 10 and 12.

10. Making the Application available

10.1. Unless the order states otherwise, we will make the Application available without undue delay after the contract is concluded and payment is credited or confirmed; for the DK plan also after a positive automated verification under Article 8.3. In the case of a Consumer, Article 10.2 applies at the same time.

10.2. If you are a Consumer and wish to obtain access before the fourteen-day withdrawal period expires, we will ask for your separate express request to begin providing the service immediately in the order. If you do not make such a request, we will begin providing the service only after that period has elapsed.

10.3. We will send access instructions to the e-mail address stated in the order. The service is deemed to have been made available at the moment when the account is active and the access instructions have been delivered to you or you are able to sign in.

10.4. If we are in delay in making the service available, you may call on us to remedy this within a reasonable additional period. If we fail to do so even then, you may withdraw from the contract. No additional period is necessary if we refuse to make the service available or if it is clear from the agreed purpose that making it available at a particular time was essential.

11. A Consumer's right to withdraw within 14 days

11.1. A Consumer may withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason within 14 days of the date it was concluded.

11.2. To meet the deadline it is sufficient to send an unequivocal statement of withdrawal before it expires:

You may, but need not, use the model form annexed to these Terms.

11.3. If, at your express request, we began providing the Application before the withdrawal period expired, on withdrawal you will pay only a proportionate part of the agreed price corresponding to the performance actually provided up to the moment you notified us of your withdrawal. For an annual subscription, the proportionate part is calculated according to the exact elapsed period of provision relative to the total length of that annual period. In the case of the DK plan, we will refund the entire activation fee if you withdraw in time.

11.4. If we began providing the service within the withdrawal period without your express request, or if we failed to properly inform you about paying a proportionate part, you will bear no costs for the performance provided up to withdrawal.

11.5. Because Stockero is a continuously provided service, your right of withdrawal does not lapse merely because your account has been activated or you have signed in for the first time. For a service it may lapse only once the service has been provided in full, where all the statutory conditions have been met; for an annual subscription this will usually not happen within the fourteen-day period.

11.6. In the event of valid withdrawal we will refund the money received, after deducting any statutory proportionate payment under paragraph 10.3, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from receipt of the withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment unless you expressly agree to another means that does not cause you any costs.

11.7. After withdrawal we will terminate your access and you must not continue to use the Application. You may ask for access to your watchlists and notes under Article 14.5. We will process or erase personal data in accordance with the law and the Stockero Privacy Policy.

11.8. The right under this Article does not belong to a person who concluded the contract as an entrepreneur. This does not affect their other rights under the law and the contract.

12. Quality of the service, updates and complaints

12.1. Throughout the term of the obligation we are responsible for ensuring that the Application is free of defects and conforms to the contract, in particular to the agreed description, scope, quality, functionality, compatibility, interoperability, accessibility, continuity and security and, to the extent laid down by law, also to legitimate expectations created by public statements. We are not bound by a public statement only where we prove a statutory exception, in particular that we neither knew nor could have known of it, that it was corrected in a comparable manner before the contract was concluded, or that it could not have influenced the decision to conclude the contract.

12.2. On first making the service available we will provide you with the most recent version of the Application available at the time the contract was concluded, unless expressly agreed otherwise. We will further provide the agreed updates and the necessary security and other updates needed to keep the Application free of defects for the duration of your access, and we will notify you of their availability where a step on your part is needed to apply them.

12.3. You may report a defect at any time during the term of the obligation to support@stockero.com or in writing to our registered office. Please state your account identification and a description of the defect; a screenshot, the time of occurrence, your browser and device may help us, but they are not a condition for making a complaint.

12.4. When you make a complaint we will issue you a confirmation stating the date, the content of the complaint, the remedy requested and contact details. Once it has been handled we will send you written confirmation of the date and manner of handling, how long it took and, where applicable, the remedy provided; if we reject the complaint we will state written reasons.

12.5. If the Application has a defect, you may request its removal, unless this is impossible or disproportionately costly. We will remove the defect within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience to you.

12.6. You may request a reasonable price reduction or withdraw from the contract in particular where we fail to remove the defect in accordance with paragraph 11.5, the defect recurs, it constitutes a material breach of the contract, or it is clear that it will not be removed within a reasonable time or without significant inconvenience. You may not withdraw from the contract for an insignificant defect; a defect is, however, presumed not to be insignificant.

12.7. We will refund sums due to a Consumer arising from defective performance at our own expense without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the exercise of the relevant right, by the same means of payment, unless another means has been agreed at no cost.

12.8. We will handle a Consumer's complaint within a reasonable time, having regard to the nature of the digital service and the purpose for which the Consumer required it, and we will inform the Consumer of the outcome without undue delay. We will state the specific expected period when we receive the complaint or immediately thereafter.

12.9. Your statutory rights arising from defective performance cannot be limited in advance by these Terms.

13. Maintenance and changes to the Application

13.1. We may temporarily restrict the Application because of planned maintenance, an urgent security fix or a circumstance beyond our reasonable control. We will announce planned downtime in advance where reasonably possible and will limit it to the necessary minimum. More significant unavailability may constitute a defect in the service; this does not affect your statutory rights.

13.2. In addition to changes necessary to keep the service free of defects, we may change the Application during the agreed period only for one of the following fair reasons:

A change will not cause you any additional costs and we will announce it clearly and comprehensibly.

13.3. If a change impairs your access or use other than insignificantly, we will notify you in text form, with reasonable advance notice, of its nature, timing and your rights. You may terminate the obligation without penalty within 30 days of the notification or of the change being made, whichever occurs later, unless we enable you to retain the original defect-free version at no additional cost. On termination we will settle the prepaid price in accordance with the law.

14. Licence, content of the Application and user notes

14.1. For the duration of properly continuing access we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable right to use the Application for your own needs and within the scope of your plan.

14.2. The Application, its software, database structure, design, texts and other protected elements belong to the Provider or its licensing partners. In particular, it is not permitted to copy the Application, circumvent technical restrictions, obtain the source code without authorisation, download data in bulk, create derived competing services or further distribute data, unless expressly permitted by law or by written agreement.

14.3. You may use the analyses and other content made available in the Application for your own informational, study and educational needs. Without our prior written consent you must not take them over in bulk, sell them, distribute them publicly or use them to create a competing database or service, unless such conduct is expressly permitted by law.

14.4. Rights to your own notes and other content that you insert into the Application remain yours. For the period necessary to provide and secure the Application you grant us a non-exclusive and royalty-free right to store, back up, reproduce and display that content to you in your account for technical purposes. We do not use your notes for advertising or to train general artificial intelligence models.

14.5. After your access ends we will, on request, make available to you your watchlists, notes and other content that you provided or created while using the Application, free of charge, within a reasonable time and in a commonly used machine-readable format, unless prevented by a statutory exception or the rights of another person. For the easiest handling we recommend asking before your access ends or within 30 days thereafter; this does not limit any longer statutory period or your rights under the GDPR. We will not erase content for which you request an export in time until the export has been completed, unless erasure is required of us by law or is necessary for security reasons.

15. Acceptable use rules

15.1. You must not use the Application for unlawful conduct, interference with the rights of others, distribution of malicious code, unauthorised access, disruption of operations, circumvention of limits, automated extraction without our consent, or to share content to which you do not hold the necessary rights.

15.2. Do not insert into your notes any unlawful content, sign-in credentials, full payment card details, special categories of personal data or the personal data of other people, unless this is necessary and you have an appropriate legal ground for it.

15.3. In the case of a less serious breach we will usually warn you first and provide a reasonable opportunity to remedy it. We may temporarily restrict access without prior warning where this is necessary to avert an immediate security risk, unlawful conduct or serious harm. We will tell you the reason and the options for remedy, unless prevented from doing so by law or by security considerations.

16. Duration and termination

16.1. The duration of the individual plans is governed by Articles 7, 8 and 9. A Consumer may also terminate the contract in the cases laid down by law, in particular in the event of a defect, delay or material deterioration of the service.

16.2. We may terminate the contract:

16.3. If we terminate an annual subscription before the end of the paid period for a reason for which you are not responsible, we will refund the proportionate part of the price for the period not provided. This does not affect any further statutory claims.

16.4. Once the contract ends, the right to use the Application ceases. You may ask for access to your watchlists and notes under Article 14.5. We will process or erase personal data in accordance with the law and the Stockero Privacy Policy.

17. Liability

17.1. We are liable for breaches of contractual and statutory obligations. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits the rights of a Consumer, liability for harm caused intentionally or through gross negligence, harm to a person's natural rights, or any other liability that cannot be limited under the law.

17.2. We are not liable for harm caused solely by your use of the Application contrary to these Terms, by your concealment of a material circumstance, by your ignoring a clear warning, or by your making an investment decision without reasonable verification. This provision does not apply to the extent that we caused the harm by breaching our own obligation.

17.3. Towards a User who is neither a Consumer nor another weaker party within the meaning of the law, the Provider's total obligation to compensate pecuniary harm arising from a single contract is limited to the higher of the following amounts: the amount paid under the contract for the 12 months immediately preceding the occurrence of the harm, or the one-off activation fee paid under that contract. This limitation does not apply in the cases set out in paragraph 16.1 and we will draw particular attention to it in a B2B order.

18. Changes to the Terms

18.1. For one-off matters that have already been performed, the wording of the Terms in force at the time the contract was concluded applies.

18.2. For a long-term service we may change the Terms to a reasonable extent only for the fair reasons set out in paragraph 12.2 or because of a change in contact and procedural details. A change must not retroactively alter the price of a period already paid for or deprive you of rights that have arisen.

18.3. We will notify you of every change to your rights or obligations by e-mail at least 30 days before it takes effect and will deliver the new wording in text form, for example in the body of the e-mail or as an attachment; a mere link to a changeable web page is not sufficient. If you disagree, you may reject the change and terminate the contract without penalty with effect no later than the day it takes effect; for a prepaid service we will refund the proportionate part of the price for the period after termination. A mere correction of a typographical error, an update of a contact detail or another change that alters neither your rights nor your obligations may be announced by publication. Special rights on a change to a digital service under Article 13.3 remain unaffected.

19. Personal data protection and cookies

19.1. Information about the processing of personal data is contained in the Stockero Privacy Policy, available at https://stockero.com/en/privacy/.

19.2. Information about cookies and consent management is contained in the Stockero Cookie Policy, available at https://stockero.com/en/cookies/. We use strictly necessary technologies for the functioning and security of the service; others only on the basis of your choice, where the law requires it.

20. Complaints and out-of-court dispute resolution

20.1. You can send a complaint or a question to support@stockero.com. We will endeavour to resolve it directly and amicably.

20.2. The body competent for the out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes is:

the Czech Trade Inspection Authority
Central Inspectorate, ADR Department
Gorazdova 1969/24, 120 00 Prague 2, Czech Republic
web: https://adr.coi.gov.cz and https://coi.gov.cz/informace-o-adr/
e-mail: adr@coi.gov.cz

A Consumer may submit a proposal no later than one year from the day on which they first exercised with us the right that is the subject of the dispute. Before submitting a proposal they must attempt to resolve the dispute directly with us.

21. Governing law and final provisions

21.1. The contract is governed by the law of the Czech Republic. Where the User is a Consumer with habitual residence in another country, this does not affect the mandatory rights afforded to them by the law of that country from which no contractual derogation is permitted.

21.2. Disputes are decided by the courts having subject-matter and territorial jurisdiction under the applicable legislation. This Article does not limit a Consumer's right to bring proceedings before the court having jurisdiction under mandatory rules.

21.3. If any provision is invalid or ineffective, this does not affect the remaining provisions. In its place, the statutory rules that most closely correspond to its purpose apply.

21.4. These Terms take effect on the date stated in the heading.
