About Stockero

What exactly does Stockero do?

Stockero is an AI operating system for stock investors. Hundreds of specialised AI agents continuously read companies' official filings, earnings calls, the positions of well-known investors (gurus) and insider trades, listen to podcasts and interviews with management – and connect it all in plain language. The goal is not to give you another pile of information, but to pick out what matters, explain it in context and save you hours of study on every company.

Who is Stockero for?

For anyone who invests in individual stocks and doesn't have all day to study companies. For beginners, Stockero lays out the essentials without you having to think up prompts for an AI and translate the output. For experienced investors, it makes it possible to go in depth on many times more companies than they could manage by hand, and to build their own watchlist faster.

How is Stockero different from ChatGPT or another AI chat?

An ordinary AI chat goes through a few web pages, summarises them and cannot connect information. Stockero works differently: its agents have internet search disabled and use exclusively our data – licensed data sources, SEC filings, companies' official profiles, blogs, podcasts and interviews with gurus and CEOs. On top of that they run continuously, not only at the moment you ask, so the companies you follow are already processed. You don't have to write prompts or piece answers together – you get a finished analysis, including its sources.

Does anything similar exist?

No. Stockero is genuinely unique, not only in Czechia and Slovakia but worldwide. A comparable level of processing – agents that synthesise filings, management commentary and market data into finished briefs – has so far been available in some form only to hedge funds and institutions, under licences costing tens of thousands to hundreds of thousands of dollars a year. Stockero brings this type of tool to the retail investor at a fraction of the price.

Does Stockero give investment recommendations? Will it tell me what to buy?

No. Stockero does not express opinions and does not recommend what to buy or sell. It delivers facts from official sources in a form that even a beginning investor can follow, tracks what is happening at companies so that you can keep pace with them, and reports data as it is. The final decision is always yours. Think of Stockero as a helper for finding exceptional situations in the market that you would otherwise struggle to spot, and as a major time saver when it comes to understanding a company, its valuation and then keeping up with it. Stockero is not investment advice and does not execute trades.

If everyone uses Stockero, won't everyone have the same information?

Stockero gives everyone the same facts, not the same decisions. Those facts are already available today; they are just very hard and time-consuming to find, put in context, connect and keep up with. Annual reports are available to everyone too, and yet every investor reads something different in them. When to enter, how large a position to open, over what horizon and in what sector or macro context – that remains up to you.

Who is behind Stockero?

Stockero is developed by the team of Dominik Kovařík (DK Investment Club, TradeSmart). Dominik focuses on finding multibaggers – stocks with an asymmetric potential relative to their risk. He often invests in small and mid-sized companies that fly under the radar of retail investors and funds. Stockero grew out of his own need: to go in depth on more companies than one person can manage, to understand a company faster and then to keep pace with it.

Data and reliability

Where does Stockero get its data?

Exclusively from verifiable sources: from data sets we license, from filings submitted to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (annual and quarterly reports, insider filings, gurus' 13F filings), from companies' official websites and profiles, from earnings calls, from gurus' blogs, letters and podcasts, and from interviews with CEOs. We state the source for the information, so you can always look it up in the original.

How do you make sure the AI doesn't make things up?

Reliability was the first thing that made us start building Stockero. The work is split between hundreds of specialised agents – each one works only with its own part of the data and with internet search switched off, so it cannot draw on random websites or opinions from forums. We set the models' tendency to invent (so-called hallucination) to zero; ordinary chatbots have it switched on so as to satisfy as many people as possible. Every output is additionally read by another agent focused on quality. No system can guarantee one hundred per cent reliability, so always verify key decisions in the original document Stockero links to.

How often is the information updated?

Stockero runs continuously. For companies included in in-depth Research (currently in the high hundreds) we keep watch on news, new filings and earnings calls on an ongoing basis. The Gurus Alpha, Insiders Alpha, Narrative Alpha and Briefings modules cover the entire U.S. and Canadian market (including micro caps and OTC) and are updated with every new filing or trade.

Will Stockero show me why a stock is falling or rising right now?

Stockero is not a terminal with real-time stock prices. It does not track every price move, but what is actually happening at the company – whether a story is developing that could have a large impact on future earnings, new filings, results, news, insider trades – and it explains whether this is a material event or just noise. It also puts that information in context with the stock's price move.

What language does Stockero work in?

The outputs are available in English and other languages – including summaries of earnings calls, podcasts and filings. Source documents are also translated, remain available in the original and are linked.

Modules and features

Which modules does Stockero include?
  • Narrative Alpha – looks for developing stories at companies across the whole U.S. market: thousands of stocks from large through mid and small caps all the way to micro caps and OTC. Every great investment starts with a story at the company, before it shows up in the numbers. Stockero has a range of scenarios that it runs non-stop across all stocks, looking for things that could significantly change a company's future. It uncovers situations that are practically impossible to find by hand.
  • Gurus Alpha – tracks all reported positions of well-known super investors: purchases, additions, sales, agreements and disagreements between gurus. For each position it finds the investment thesis directly from the guru, or derives it from their moves and investing style. It studies every investor thoroughly, reads all of their investor letters, listens to podcasts and even derives fair values of stocks directly from their theses.
  • Insiders Alpha – tracks all the stocks insiders are buying and selling, looks for clusters of purchases and puts them in context with market behaviour – for example whether the buying came after a drop or at a time when something fundamental is changing at the company.
  • Earnings Alpha – processes the earnings calls of the companies you follow: it remembers what management said, what it promised and what it delivered, and what has changed compared with previous quarters. It rates management's credibility based on promises kept. It summarises every earnings call and explains it in plain language, even for complicated companies. You can read the summaries and calls or listen to them as a podcast.
  • News Alpha – watches key news and events at the companies you follow and separates what matters from the noise. It also explains each piece of news and puts it in context with what is currently happening at the company.
  • Research – this is where you get to know a company in real depth in a fraction of the time. You get finished in-depth analyses of individual companies: business model, management and its track record, market and competition, financials, risks and context. And the best part? The agents keep watching the company, so as soon as something changes they let you know.
  • Briefings – the most important summary from across the market of things that can move stocks. You can read the summary or play it as audio, for example on your way to work.
  • Watchlist – you build your own watchlist of the stocks you follow or hold in your portfolio, and Stockero watches the key things about them non-stop.
How many stocks can I add to my watchlist?

Each user can currently add 25 stocks to their watchlist and can change them at any time. We will gradually raise this limit, and it applies only to the watchlist – it in no way restricts your work in the Narrative, Gurus and Insiders modules. For comparison: a typical fund team researches around 5 stocks in depth. Users' watchlists also show us which companies to add to in-depth Research next.

How do I request an analysis of a company that isn't in Research yet?

We have a basic overview available for every company. We currently run in-depth Research on several hundred stocks and are constantly expanding it. On the company itself, click the request for an analysis – you will see "Request sent". In-depth Research does not start automatically. We collect requests, compare them with other users' watchlists and launch analyses manually according to which companies come up most often. We are expanding capacity step by step.

Can I ask Stockero my own questions like in an AI chat?

Stockero is built differently from a chat. The agents process companies on an ongoing basis and you receive finished outputs – you don't have to work out what to ask.

Will I get a notification when something changes at a company I follow?

Yes. For every company in Research we have a dashboard where you can keep pace with it and see only what has changed and what impact it may have on the company. You can also have notifications sent to your e-mail.

Can Stockero filter companies by sector or theme?

In the Gurus module you can see the gurus' money flows by sector, and Narrative Alpha sorts stories by theme.

Can I connect my broker portfolio to Stockero?

Not yet, but we have it planned. You follow your positions through the watchlist, to which you add the stocks you own or are considering.

Does Stockero offer an API or an MCP server for connecting my own AI tools?

Not at this time. If you are interested, write to us at support@stockero.com.

Coverage

Which stocks and exchanges does Stockero cover?

All stocks traded in the USA and Canada – from large companies through small and micro caps to OTC. European and Asian names are not included yet, but they are on our map.

How many companies are processed in depth?

The Narrative Alpha, Gurus Alpha, Insiders Alpha and Briefings modules cover the entire market. In-depth Research, earnings calls and news actively cover several hundred companies and we are constantly expanding that. We selected them based on which companies we research ourselves and which are most often looked up by the thousands of users of our other applications. We expand the list above all according to what users add to their watchlists. For all other stocks we are gradually adding a basic overview.

Will I find a company there that nobody is following yet?

Yes, as long as it is traded in the USA or Canada. You will see a basic overview and everything the Narrative Alpha, Gurus Alpha and Insiders Alpha modules have picked up about it. You can request an in-depth analysis directly in the application (see Modules and features).

Does Stockero support ETFs?

Stockero focuses on individual stocks – it analyses companies, their management and their filings. It does not process ETFs in depth.

Will Stockero help me with options?

Stockero does not track options activity or option chains. It will, however, help you select and understand the underlying companies – for example for writing puts or covered calls.

Are fair values given for companies?

Yes, we have a proprietary system for valuing stocks. On top of that we also put together the gurus' fair values, where we have their theses explained, and where necessary we derive them.

Pricing and access

How much does Stockero cost and how does the offer for DK Club members work?

Members of the DK Investment Club get Stockero for a one-off activation fee. You then pay for Stockero only once and use it for the entire duration of your Club membership – no further payments for the application.

Why is a one-off payment possible? Is there a catch?

There isn't. Running Stockero is very expensive – the agents consume billions of tokens in their work. We were able to offer the one-off fee to members only because we will fund the running of the application on an ongoing basis from Club membership payments.

Your membership price does not change as a result.

What happens if I don't renew my Club membership?

If you let your membership lapse, you have Stockero at this price for one year from purchase. If you return to the Club in the future, you do not pay for Stockero again – the activation remains valid.

Can I try Stockero before buying?

You have a 14-day money-back guarantee. If Stockero does not suit you, write to us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund your money.

Can I pay in instalments or as a monthly subscription?

No. At the moment we only offer this exceptional deal, under which you can get Stockero for a one-off price.

Does buying Stockero extend my Club membership?

No. This is a separate one-off payment for activating Stockero.

Will I have to pay for new features and additions?

No. The activation includes all future updates to the application – new modules, more companies in Research and improvements.

Is the price stated including VAT, and who issues the invoice?

Yes, the price includes VAT. Stockero is sold and operated by FinBits s.r.o.

Can two of us share one account?

No, access is personal and tied to a single account, and sharing is not permitted. If we detect sharing, we will first notify you and give you the opportunity to put it right. In the event of a serious or repeated breach we may restrict or terminate access in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.

Sign-in, payment and support

Where do I order Stockero and where do I sign in?

Both ordering and sign-in start at stockero.com. Stockero itself is a separate application running at app.stockero.com.

I paid but my sign-in details haven't arrived. What should I do?

We send access details automatically once the payment is credited. With a card payment this usually takes up to an hour; with a bank transfer or QR payment, allow for the transfer time between banks, typically until the next business day. Please also check your spam and bulk folders. If the details still don't arrive, write to us at support@stockero.com with the e-mail address you gave in your order.

My bank flagged the payment as risky. Is that all right?

Yes, it is a routine security check by the bank for larger online payments. Confirm the payment in your banking app or make it again; if the bank declines it, use a bank transfer or QR payment.

Does Stockero work on mobile? Is it in the App Store or on Google Play?

Stockero is a web application and works in the browser on a computer as well as on a phone. On a phone you can add it to your home screen as an icon (in Chrome or Safari, the "Add to Home Screen" option) and use it like a regular app. A native mobile application is in preparation and will be available for iOS and Android.

Is there a guide or training on how to use Stockero?

Yes. Dominik Kovařík will be running an online workshop showing how to get the most out of this operating system for investors.

I found a bug or something isn't working. Where should I turn?

Write to us at support@stockero.com and include the name of the company or module where the problem appeared, ideally with a screenshot. We pass feedback and feature suggestions straight to the developers and keep improving the application.

What's coming

What will be developed further in Stockero?
  • A significant expansion in the number of companies in in-depth Research – based on users' watchlists; the first expansion is coming very soon.
  • A basic overview for every stock in the database, not just for companies in Research.
  • A native mobile application for iOS and Android.
  • We incorporate user feedback on an ongoing basis.
Will Stockero suggest specific trades or build a portfolio?

No, that is not its role. Today an investor doesn't need more information, but to make sense of it and understand the connections – to know which events can genuinely affect a company and which are noise. That is exactly what we are building Stockero for. The decision, backtesting your own strategy and position sizing all remain up to you.
